Lifeguard Certification

For those candidates who are new to our organization or those employees returning, we offer training and certification programs to ensure you are prepared for your job as a lifeguard or pool manager. These programs follow the nationally recognized StarGuard Lifeguard Training curriculum. Details of our Lifeguard Certification & Recertification courses are provided below.

Course Fees:
The course fee is $195.00 per participant. All participants will have to purchase new books for the 2012 season. Payment is due at time of registration online.

What To Bring:
Swim suit and towel- plan to be in pool each day
Lunch or money for a lunch
Pen/pencil, paper for notes
Good listening skills !

STARGUARD CERTIFICATION

Description:
Become Starguard certified in Lifeguarding, Basic First Aid, and CPR! This course is for peopke who have NOT been certified under Starguard previously.

STARGUARD RECERTIFICATION

Description:
Recertify under StarGuard. This course is for someone that has been previously certified under StarGuard. If you have been certified under another organization, you must attend full certification course.

Oswego location:
Pine Ridge Clubhouse
400 Clubhouse Ave, Oswego
From intersection of Orchard & Mill St; travel west on Mill, turn right onto Pine Ridge, clubhouse on left.
